When several brands sit in one place, the place itself has to become a brand.
A complex wears a different face for every tenant. Offstandard fixes the tone of the shared areas first so each store sits on top of it. Floor, ceiling and signage systems become the grammar of the place.
Shared and exclusive areas are estimated by process on the same unit price basis. What the operator and the tenant each carry is split in the specification, which cuts disputes at settlement.
